General Questions

Business casual is suggested for all conference sessions. Suits and ties are not required. Casual attire is suggested for evening events. The Thursday night event may include outdoor activities. All venues will be appropriately air conditioned and/or heated.

Please specify any special dietary needs or allergies when you register. Additional requests can be sent to conference@workiva.com.

An attendee may purchase an evening event social pass during registration for $195. This pass includes guest access to both evening events and is available to those 21 and over.

Earn up to 15 CPE credit hours. CPE credit confirmations will be emailed within 6 weeks of the conclusion of the conference. If you have specific questions, please email conference@workiva.com.

The Workiva User Conference is open to all Workiva customers and those interested in adopting Wdesk to optimize their business processes. Educational tracks are available for new and experienced users of all Wdesk solutions, and for individuals in all stages of their careers.

The Workiva User Conference brings together over 1,700 accounting, finance, and compliance professionals, industry thought leaders, and Wdesk experts. The conference provides the opportunity for training and professional development, continuing education credit, sharing best practices, and networking with peers.

Substitution
If you would like to substitute your registration for another individual, please direct your questions to conference@workiva.com.

Registration cancellation
Cancellation must be submitted on or before Aug. 17, 2018, for a full refund. To cancel, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email.

If cancellation occurs after Aug. 17, 2018, please email conference@workiva.com. Any registration fee incurred in 2018, minus a $250 administrative fee, will be transferred toward registration for the 2019 Workiva User Conference.

Hotel room changes or cancellation
Registration for the conference and reservations for the hotel are separate transactions. If you need to change or cancel your hotel room, please call the Gaylord Opryland Resort at 615.889.1000. Other hotel questions can be directed to WK2018@freemanxp.com.

Registration includes three days of sessions, complimentary CPE credit, and daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks. In addition, attendees enjoy two exciting evening events featuring heavy appetizers and cocktails, optional workout classes, industry meetups, and other special events. The registration fee does not include travel, lodging, or pre-conference activities.

Session Information

If you are interested in sharing your Wdesk story, email conference@workiva.com.

Changes can be made to your session selections by logging in using your conference registration information.
Most presentation decks will be available online and on our mobile application for registrants once the conference begins. Please note that all speakers have the choice to opt out of sharing their presentations publicly.
You will receive an email when session registration opens. Use your registration information to log in and make your session selections.
Session registration is available in late spring. If you've completed your registration, you will receive an email when session registration opens.

Lodging and Location

After completing your registration, you will receive a link to reserve your room at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, our host hotel for the 2018 conference.
The 2018 conference will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville.
